- 2 turmeric the size of the thumb. Then slice.
- 1 ginger the size of the thumb. Then slice.
- 1 Tamarind.
- Palm sugar.
- Water 300 ml.
How to make :
- Brew turmeric and ginger with boiling water.
- Add palm sugar and tamarind.
